Tom's journey began at a specialist school in the Wokingham Borough, where he worked with therapy dogs and honed his skills under IMDT trainers to train Remi as a school therapy dog. Tom's expertise and knowledge have been sought after by many seeking support with training for puppies, learning new techniques and addressing unwanted behaviours.
Tom strongly believes in the transformative benefits of dog training and is committed to keeping abreast of the latest advancements in the field. To stay up-to-date with evolving techniques and methodologies, Tom regularly enrols in the latest training courses. This dedication not only enhances his skills but also ensures that he can offer his clients the most effective and contemporary training solutions available. With 18 years of teaching experience, Tom understands the significance of clear communication and attention to detail.
Tom is Fully Insured, Enhanced DBS Checked and Dog First Aid Trained.
Remi
Remi is a Golden Retriever, he is 2 and half years old. Remi was trained by Tom using the IMDT methods to be a school therapy dog. Until recently he worked alongside Tom supporting children with their needs.
Remi loves sniffing and the great outdoors. His favourite treat is rabbit ears.
Maple
Maple is a Golden Retriever x Red Golden Retriever. Maple is being trained using the IMDT methodology.
Maple is food driven and wants to please, she is a fast learner and her favourite technique to perform is 'peek-a-boo'.
